Can't Proceed To Checkout

For nearly a week now I haven't been able to check out after selecting my shipping option.  The updating screen will come up for 2 seconds after I click Proceed To Checkout, then it will go right back to my cart.  I know for a fact it is not my browser or internet connection causing the problem.  Walmart's help department told me to make sure my cookies and java are enabled (which of course they are).

Procede to checkout still not working. Tried it on IE 7, IE 9, Chrome on two different laptops. Walmart you are losing money.

Try looking for an item that is in your cart that you can remove and it should work. In my case and another persons (confirmed on this site in another post) it was the 64 count crayola crayons
