Chatted with one guy and he said to login to some weird american express site, so he obviously didn't read my question this wasn't about american express I've never owned AE. Second chat wasted half an hour of my life then told me to call the phone number. Horrible. I have tried 16 times to place my order it's not even attemtping to charge my card, no preauth, nothing. Customer service doesn't even look at the issue just talks nonsense about things you don't ask about.
