problem has existed for several weeks and the error is
statusCode 503 error "Service Unavailable"

Trying to log into my pharmacy account and it asks for more info for security reasons. When I put in the info it says Sorry we're unable to confirm your identity right now please scan to refill as a guest and when you pick up your prescription let us know you want online pharmacy access and well set it up. I'm signed in so I already have pharmacy access!
