Won't go past the shipping information before checking out says were having issues try again

I have been trying to check out since Sunday May 31'st. It is now June 2nd 2021. I've contacted support twice since then and still nothing is resolved. I've been waiting for someone from Walmart to contact me via e-mail since Monday, yet I have received nothing. This was from the first contact with support due to his escalation of the issue. What exactly is going on? I have cleared cashe and cookies. Tried differend browsers. I have also searched the net to see if others have had the same issue. DOZENS of people have had and HAVE the same issue and no one has had their issue resolved. WHY?
