shopping cart won't go anywhere when clicking "proceed to checkout"

I've called customer service at least twice and they said it would take at least 2-3 days to get the problem fixed. What kind of tech department do they have? I can't possibly imagine why it is so difficult to get the website working. Just imagine how much money and customers Walmart is losing.
2 or 3 days?? Wish it was so. It's now 5/16/13 (9 days later), and I can't get to check out
