Can not check out

I have not been able to proceed to check out in over a week now. I even sent Walmart customer service an email, to ask if the problem was at their end and not mine. I have received no response. I am a loyal customer and order all my pet food etc from them online, as I live overseas. If they are updating their site, why not have a message pop up telling us so. Very disappointing.
