can go to my cart but can not send order several months now

Have found that placeing an orderi and having it sent order to my hom has been benificial for me.  Had no problems for several months then suddenly could not send my order.  This has become a perminent problem for atleast a month now.  You should have compedent staff that can find the problem and fix it.   Please correct this problem!!!!
