On my tablet Registry opens but cannot view second page. Does not open at all on cellphone.

I am trying to create a baby registery yet the website will not let me choose my due date and says it is required so how am i supposed to create it? I really don't want to have to use target instead. PLEASE FIX!!! This is crazy!
