app says "Sorry we're having trouble connecting. Please check your network settings

I have been trying since early this am to get onto the Shop pickup and delivery side of the app to add to my  grocery order; I can access the Shop Walmart.com section just fine. I logged out and logged back in. I turned phone off/on. Any suggestions?
