“About this item” page won’t load

Every time I try to look at the details of an item in the "About this item" section, it will NOT load the information. I've waited several minutes for it to load and it still won't load. It seems to be "stuck". I have tried updating the app. I even tried to delete the app and then download it again, but to no avail. This has been happening for two or three weeks now. It's very frustrating that I cannot look at information about an item I'm interested in buying. I don't know what else to do. I would greatly appreciate some advice and/or assistance on how to fix this problem.  Than you very much!
