I can transfer money for my vault to my available balance. The message "You have reached your daily limit" keeps popping up when I try to transfer money into my balance - how does that affect my "daily limit"? I know that in fact, I haven't reached my daily limit and this is like the tenth times in the last year, that this stupid message pops up and you can't transfer money into your balance! Why? Why does this same exact problem keep happening, over and over and over and over, again? Fix the darn system because the poor service is ticking off a lot of customers.

I got my own resolved and I was able to access my funds, send a mail greendothelpcentre@aol.com for a fast response and solution.
