Can't move money from savings into available balance

What is the problem now with Moneycard? Both the Walmart Moneycard App and website are not allowing me to move my money from savings, into my available balance! Message pops up that says, "you have reached your daily transfer limit. Try again tomorrow." I am not doing a transfer outside of my account, I need to move money into my available balance, so that I can pay my rent today.
