Password not recognized. Locked out. Code sent, reset password. Still not recognized. Locked out.

Issue is on moble app on phone and login on computer. Password used for the last 2 years not recognized, locked out after one attempt with verified face ID as well. Lock out message prompted a password reset, code sent to email, used code and reset the password. Refreshed screens and re-opened app. Re-entered new password, same error, password not recognzied after first sign in and initiatued lock out.
