Not processing eithdrawl

I have close to a dozen withdrawals that have not been processed within the past week. I've been told there was a backlog but it's getting a little ridiculous to have to wait this long. Mine aren't huge withdrawals but financially I could use them in my account I've heard other people complaining about it too. It would be nice to know what is going on and what is the time line
