Login Button disabled for both Edge and Chrome running Win 10

This access isuues been gooing on since Sunday 10/27/19.  Clearing Cache and Cookies DOES NOT WORK.  Can login fine on Mobile App.  I can't renew my subscription and this appears to be a pervasive issue affecting multiple users.
