can't log in to enter 2nd chance numbers

I have tried repeatedly from different browsers to enter the website and enter my 2nd chance ticket.  I can do the initial log in, but I am rejected on the 2nd.  I called on Saturday, the office had just closed, they would not be in until Tuesday (the day of the drawing).  Now I still cannot get in, and the drawing is in an hour...
