Home Page and Product Searches Okay - Checkout / Payment Down

Tried to make a purchase today, January 13, 2014 at 1215 PST.  The Home Page and Product Searches work okay, however site is down for checkout and payment.  Tried both Google and IE browsers.  Tried to contact Victorias Secret about the problem via their website, but the contact function did not work either.
