Can't Pay my Bill Can't use my card

I have been trying to pay/view my bill for 2 weeks. I even scheduled a payment in advance and it didnt go through. I was charged a late fee too! Tonight I was trying to make a purchase & I got an error message that my card has been deactivated. Which is odd because I have more than enough available credit. My guess Vs is hacked....
