I have tried several times to log into my account I get an error "unable to fetch"

I got the same problem and every time I call them they just keep sending me password reset emails and I keep getting the same failed to fetch response it's rather annoying
I keep getting the same thing and it's been going on ALL SUMMER of 2021. About to call it quits with this company.
I am STILL having this issue 8 months later!!!

I have been having the same issue for over a year now and Victoria's Secret has been no help at all as far as trying to get it resolved. Every so often if I keep hitting the submit button over and over I can get logged in, but it's very rare. I'm glad to see it's not just me!
Try using the date on your phone as internet instead of whatever wifi network you're connected to. It could be your firewall blocking the website for some reason. It worked for me when I was using my phone and just turned off my wifi. I haven't tried resetting my wifi yet but that could also help.

2022 and same errors... one day I get on 1 day I don't. And the app just keeps saying sorry something went wrong
Why am i not able to log in to my account. It keeps saying sorry something went wrong and then it says failed to fetch... so annoying
I am only able to log on with Firefox. Same failure to fetch issue. Tried clearing cookies resetting password, everything.
I have not been able to log in the last 2 days - missed the sales and it keeps saying failed to fetch. This is terrible. I called them and they gave me the customer service number to call. Customer service kept hanging up on me. What's going on Such poor service.
