Good evening! I've been trying to lay my bill since Saturday to no prevail. The mobile app will allow me to input my login info but I'm not able to see anything because the screen is blank. I'm not even sure how much the bill is because I'm not able to see anything. How long will the mobile app be down and what happens if I'm not able to pay the bill? Am I able to call in to pay the bill?
