I can log onto VerizonWireless but can't do anything else. Trying to pay bill online but my computer says that there is a firewall issue and i need to look at Verizons policy...My internet is working with all my other sites...

Ditto ... and this is almost a week later!
@ www.verizonwireless.com/ -- any attempt to log-in immediately results in the following message:
The activity you are trying to perform is currently unavailable. Please try again later.
Calls to Verizon Wireless resulted in frantic customer service reps saying, "...our systems just went down."
not sure what to make of it, but highly suspicious!
