So glad I had seen this post, now i know the problem is systemic to USPS and not just a problem on my end. Why doesn't the USPS.COM mention there are payment problems so people do not get freaked out and start calling PayPal etc... All it would have taken was a short note, "We are experiencing problems acception PayPal payments" No instead you to think everything is good untile you get the vague red "Payment not accepted." This is such bull crap... People need to manage their money obviously this quasi government agency is oblivious to that concept... I had waisted two hours today on the phone and internet.... Very Unhappy!
