USPS click-n-ship NOT accepting payments. Problem ongoing for 6 months now. Tried Amex, Discover, Visa, MCard, Paypal from card, Paypal from bank account. DOES NOT WORK. Bravo USPS, you're the onyl commercial website in the world to work in all areas, except for payment - for 6 months now!
