Tracking stalled

Several packages with tracking stalled for the last week. Some have shown up without ever updating. Some are whereabouts unknown. My guess is their internal system is having problems, too, as it seems they can't tell what's been lingering at the transfer points the longest (example packages stuck in NJ, and WA).
