Stuck on Processing

I can fill out the forms and get to Review Shipping Address page but when I click on "Next: Billing information" it just says "Processing" and then after a minute the "Processing" goes away leaving the original page. I can't even get to the payment page to pay for the labels. I've been trying for half a day to print labels and it does this every time.
