unexpected error has occurred (I have refreshed site, cleared cache, tried firefox, google chrome & safari without success)

I'm having the same problem. Online Customs Form tool. "We're sorry, an unexpected error has occured"
Same problem here. Tried to create customs forms using multiple browsers (chrome, microsoft explorer, firefox) and even multiple operating systems (windows, ubuntu).

Had this same issue a month ago and was hoping it was solved already, but of course not. When I click Review and Print it says, "We're sorry, an unexpected error has occured".
Someone suggested to try in on safari on an iPhone, and it worked.
