Click-n-Ship not working

Unable to get signed in to Click-n-Ship so that I can mail out packages.  Tried again and again and again, the farthest I made it was to make payment, where the site hangs up and won't complete the transaction... nor will it give a shipping label (of course).  Way to go, USPS!  Just in time for the start of the holiday shipping season!
