Hard to login, then label won't process--keeps returning to label data entry screen-can't select the service level and never gets to billing.

USPS website is acting funky. I'm trying to print a shipping label and get as far as the payment but never get to the part where I can actually print the label. USPS has already charged my debit card three times.
This is totally unsatisfactory
Can not go any further ON Click-N-Ship due to this :Please select the type of shipping for your package. USPS HAS THE WORST SERVICE FROM CLAIMS TO WEBSITE. Takes hours just to talk to someone.
