Like so many others, I spent most of the day trying to complete an internaitonal label and customs form on the USPS utility. Finally gave up and drove to the post office and filled in the forms by hand. The staff there (who have proven particularly knowledgeable in the past) were familiar with the situation and believed that the form had been intentionally disabled by the USPS, leaving only the "sorry, an unexpected error occurrred" message. After wrestling with it every which way for several hours, and noting that this problem extends at least into last year, I believe them.
