I can't seem to pay for a Click n Ship Label, no matter which credit card I use. I'm getting this message "Sorry, your transaction has been declined. Your transaction cannot be processed at this time with this payment type" after multiple tries and multiple cards I've used before on this site. PayPal doesn't work either.

I have not been able to pay for click n'ship labels with any credit card, or even paypal. What am I doing wrong, or what do I need to do differently? Tjis has been going on since June 14.
