Can't create shipping labels

Every time i try to create a shipping label I get the message below:

"We are sorry but an unexpected error has occurred during the checkout process. Please try again later."

This is happening to everyone. Read the comments and fixed it already. It's been going on for days. All this does is make your USPS offices crowded because customers need to use SSK or see a rep. Not good at all!!!!
