Clicking on the Address Book in Click N Ship results in a message, "This service is temporarily unavailable"

Can't access my address book.
WTH??? I have been unable to use my address book for over a week now!! Fix this thing. Otherwise I have to go stand in line while you agent types in and prints postage for 40 different addresses. that will only serve to HOLD UP EVERYBODY!!

Address book not working.
There is no way to use address book, There are no error messages. Calls to USPS are a waste. They don't understand English and barelly speak it.
All my addresses have disappeared and when I re-add or add a new one, it doesn't show up???!!?? so unhandy. Otherwise, love click and ship and print labels.
Like Julie said, above, address book is not working. Typing the sam address out 15 times for the same shipment is painfull. Anyone know why this is happening?
I hope you will be able to recover the address lists for our USPS acount soon. We depend on them.
Address book is now working in Microsoft Edge, but not in Explorer or Firefox. Good luck everyone!
All my saved addresses are gone. The timing is horrible, right at the holiday season. I ship overseas and USPS lost all the addresses. Is there a legitimate excuse? The priority mail to overseas takes more than 2 weeks and longer and cost $106 for the large priority box. Things were never broken in the past, now they receive broken items although I packed very well with bubble wrap. Something about Jamaica NY site that holds everything up and breaks things. One time 2 weeks after mailing I get the package back with no explanation. Postal service in developing countries has been better.

What happened to my postal service address book. Just like others it has suddenly disappeared!
ADDRESS BOOK is EMPTY. Govt site. USPS.com

My address book is missing and I depend on this for my business sales. Fix this now!
PARTIAL SOLUTION:
I called the post office helpline about the address book issue. It does work in Microsoft edge. They're trying to fix it for other interface methods. HTH
