A System Error has occurred. Please try again later. - During Final Check

First while creating labels it wouldn't allow me to create a batch order of labels, had to create 7 different labels and add them to my cart. Not during checkout it just isn't processing my payment and I tried different payment methods, both used every day and active. I've had so many issues with USPS over the past year. This is horrible.
