Suddenly stopped working

About 2 months ago, my Informed Delivery suddenly stopped working.  Site says looks like I'm not enrolled, but when I try to enroll (both requirements already green, it loops back to looks like not enrolled.  Recent activity she's opt-in time with immediate opt-out right afterwards. Contacted help via email which was no help at all.
