For the last 2 weeks all I will see in packages. I get nothing for mail alerts and no emails. But I am also getting mail so something is wrong here.

I have informed delivery and I get mail in my mailbox but it doesn't show me any mail on the website it says no mail come back tomorrow but for the past few days I've been receiving mail. But it shows any packages just have came. I'm not concerned about seeing the packages on informed delivery I wanted to see my paper mail.
