About 4-6 weeks ago noticed that sender email changed from ISPS INFORMED DELIVERY etc to USPSinformeddelivery etc. On 9r about same time the notifications i received became rare even though i still get mail almost every day. I registered on USPS.COM a few yrs ago. Also noticed 4 to 6 wks ago an app icon titled USPSinformeddel.... on my phone. I do not recall ever seeing it before. Of note, this is also about the time i bought a new cellphone.
