Says address no longer valid. Can't re-enroll address

My husband and I have been receiving mail at our current address for almost 6 months. Except for the first week we lived here, Informed Delivery worked and showed us our mail. A few days ago, we both signed into our apps and it said that our address was not a valid delivery address. Another screen said that our address and identities have been verified. We decided to re-enroll. Now neither of our addresses or identities are verified and we can't see our mail anymore.
