Having the same problem. I checked & my email is correct in the system, on my dashboard it says no mail, yet in my mail box are numerous pieces of mail that in the past would show up on my notifications. Not sure what is going on, but it is very frustrating.
Same with mine. I'm also in Pisgah, Al. Have confirmed with Tech Support at USPS 1-800 number that everything is fine on my end of things. No mail showing on Dashboard, though I'm receiving scannable size Mail daily. Lady at 1-800 number says she has no way of knowing, but they may be Discontinuing Informed Delivery in our area. Very frustrating as I've had it 4-5 years and had come to depend on and appreciate it.
