Informed Mail showing "0" for 2 weeks 34683

For the second week I am not getting emails about informed delivery and when I go to site to check it show " 0 "  in the last 20 days it has shown that I have received "1" piece of mail.  I have clearly recieved more but not showoing.  Is that an area problem for Tampa Bay Florida problem or just at my local office in Palm Harobr  34683

I have been checking USPS informed site for mail and for the past week seems to not be working. It says 0 and I have been getting mail. 33594

I'm in the 33647 area and the same is happening for me as well. There seems to be no help in getting this issue resolved.
