Can't move from main page on app-frozen

Downloaded informed delivery app on my cell phone but when app was clicked on could not pass the main screen. The screen showed say half of a box stating that on June 12th this would app would end. But I could not move from that opening main page like its frozen.

I uninstalled the app several times and reinstalled it but its still frozen.
