Cannot login to online banking

Site states that " Online Banking and Mobile Banking are currently undergoing routine maintenance. "  No busisness performs "routine maintenance" on their web site during peak business hours!  Recent updates to their online banking in mid-December have not worked properly and the repeated lack of access to my accounts is infuriating.  It is the end of the month and the end of the calendar year, and to not have access to your bank accounts is completely unacceptable!
