All US Bank phone lines do not work. Cant pay credi cards

Tried multiple times all of US Bank phone lines and could not get through. None of US bank phone numbers worked. Very upset cause my credit card payment was due. I was able to pay one of cards then when called back only got a recording only 10 seconds after I hung up from 1st payment. Now I will get a late payment added on but not my fault. I EVEN TRIED USING A FRIENDS PHONE And same thing didnt work. You have nothing on twitter to let customers know that phones do not work at least on West Coast. Please fix ASAP. Even called my cell provider, turn phone off& on a lot, still annoying recording. You have a phone issue and needs fixed. Started at 4:45pm pacific time 10/06/21
