Account invalid error, cannot make purchases

I haven't been able to use my card at all. I've received numerous errors stating account invalid, cannot be processed, transaction cancelled. I've called customer service, on hold for over an hr  they will not pick up. I haven't been able to use my card for anything .The website works for me.
