Cannot ship any packages web site is down for shipping

Unreal. I have 56 packages due to ship friday morning aand the UPS shipping website is dead, the little circle spinning is all I can get to haapeem\n. I am paying these jokers 1K a week for this service??>> FedEx is looking better every day. These is no one to call at 10pm. They don;t care.
