i successfully transferred money thru paymaya but the recepient did not receive the money.

I fund transfer at gcash thru instapay said theres and error happened in the transaction but still nbawasan ang aking balance but di natanggap ng receiver yung pera
Same thing happend to me as well. I did an IMPS on 07/09/21 the amount was deducted from my Union Bank account but did not credited to beneficiary and even did not returned to me as well.
