won't send secure log in code to phone

This is the second time in less that two weeks this has happened.  Later in the day I wil receieve several text messages with the codes for the several attempts I made to access my bank information.  It is alarming because it makes you wonder where the login codes are being sent.  Plus, it is annoying to not have access to your own funds when you need to check something.
