When I login to my account, it says there are no accounts to display

I cannot see what my balance is when I log into my account. It says no accounts available for display. I am able to check any messages sent to me, but I am suddenly unable to access any account info. And when I tried to access info through telephone banking, it takes me through phone tree where eventually I receive busy signal.
