Umpqua bank website and app will not display accounts

Tried to deposit checks through the app, but it wouldn't load my account. This happened about four times, then I tried the website and it was the same way. I restarted my phone to make sure it wasn't on my end and the problem persisted. Accounts are unavailable through the app and website for many people I know who bank through Umpqua.
