When logging in, displays a new agreement, when clicking on the I agree, button it does not let me see my accounts. It looks like a system issue, please let me know when resolved. Thank you!

I'm having same problem
I think I am having the same issue as the initial sender. I cannot access my accounts, and I cannot move past the "agreement page" that shows up when I log on. I tried downloading the app, but nothing has changed from early this morning.
