Umpqua's just a piece of s!*t and a waste of time. There's more time spent WASTED with Umpqua than there ever is in actually getting something done. I haven't been able to log into my account for over 24 hours now just because the connection is a piece of s!*t that won't load.
Amazing job, bank! Fail for over a day and let nobody know of any reasons why, heck yeah!
